Details of specific services, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate proposals, contracts, or Statements of Work (SOWs) agreed upon between CoderKube Technologies and the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a Client utilizing our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information, content, and feedback required for project completion.
• Make payments for services as per the agreed-upon schedule in your contract or proposal.
• Ensure that any content provided to CoderKube Technologies for use in projects (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and India.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and final payment, will be specified in the individual project proposals or contracts.
• Invoices are typically sent electronically.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services, as outlined in the specific project agreement.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD) or other mutually agreed-upon currencies, as specified in the project proposal. Any currency conversion fees or charges will be borne by the Client.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in any content, materials, or data you provide to CoderKube Technologies for your projects. You grant CoderKube Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content solely for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services.
• CoderKube Technologies Deliverables: Upon full payment for services, the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables (e.g., website code, design files, mobile app code) developed specifically for the Client will typically transfer to the Client, as specified in the individual project contract.
• Our Tools & Resources: CoderKube Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing software, tools, methodologies, or intellectual property used in the development process that are not custom-developed for the Client.
  

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information, including business, technical, or financial information, obtained from the other party during the course of their engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Project Revisions and Scope Changes

• Any requests for revisions beyond the scope outlined in the initial proposal or contract may incur additional charges and require a change order or addendum to the agreement.
• We will provide a specific number of revisions for design and development phases as detailed in your project proposal.

8. Website Content and Use

• All content on the CoderKube Technologies website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CoderKube Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or Services without express written permission from us.
• You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including those of India and any other relevant jurisdiction, to ensure that the Services or deliverables are not transferred, exported, or re-exported to any country, entity, or individual prohibited under such laws.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
