These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Mobile Application Developer (“Mobile Application Developer”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the NGOBridge mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).

If you create an account in the NGOBridge Application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and use our Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the NGOBridge Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do, we will post a notification in our Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.

Coderkube Technology built the NGOBridge app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Coderkube Technology at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at NGOBridge unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

If you use the NGOBridge to share your location On iOS devices, the first time you attempt to log in, you will be prompted to approve or deny NGOBridge access to your device’s GPS functionality.
On Android devices, this permission is granted at installation, but NGOBridge will not turn on the GPS unless and until you enable the service
For iOS devices user: if you have granted your GPS functionality and later want to revoke it, on your mobile device, visit Settings > NGOBridge > Location> and click Never. The next time you use, you will again be prompted to allow access to Location and can click Don’t Allow.NGOBridge does not store your GPS coordinates permanently on its servers.Your location is obtained when you send out your location as getting the nearby needy people’s location.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

we want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.Use of your device’s GPS feature allows the integration with Google Maps and Apple Maps.

We are just facilitators and are not involved in any activities of NGOs or verify their authenticity.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
